Eric Sachsse, President
Mr. Sachsse is President of Norwich Partners LLC. Beginning with Boston's Onyx Hotel project in 2001, Sachsse partnered with Leatherwood and the two co-founded Norwich Partners soon thereafter. Prior to co-founding Norwich Partners, Sachsse worked in the investment management or investment banking business at Salomon Brothers, Aetna Capital Management and its affiliate Aeltus Investment Management and Fidelity Investments. Sachsse received his AB from Dartmouth College in 1983 and his MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School in 1989.

Mr. Sachsse is also active in the community and the arts, including serving on the AVA Gallery Board as both a member and as Vice Chair, as a longstanding member of the Norwich Recreation Council Board of Directors, as a youth soccer and softball coach for many years in Norwich, and as a member of the Northern Stage Advisory Board.
