Mascoma River Greenway

The Mascoma River Greenway (MRG) is a 4-mile, multi-use, non-motorized, year-round, separated pathway along the former Boston & Maine railroad corridor. It will extend from the current terminus of the Northern Rail Trail in downtown Lebanon at Spencer Street all the way to 12A and Seminary Hill, connecting Lebanon and West Lebanon. The MRG will provide Lebanon’s residents and visitors with a safe, convenient, beautiful, and human-powered way to travel to schools, neighborhoods, recreation activities, work, shopping, health care services, transit stops, faith institutions, and cultural organizations. The Greenway will truly connect Lebanon and West Lebanon while also increasing opportunities for physical activity.
